SO HOLD IT INSIDE, WATCH AS IT DIES
I CANT EVEN LOOK AT THE SKY, ITS BURNING MY EYES

Lita looked around the park, her eyebrows coming together. Was this really Karen's idea of a good time? Going to get books in Forks? She rolled her eyes, pushing herself on the swing with an annoyed expression. This was not going her way. Not at all. First she had been dragged to morning services at a church that believed completely different than she did, and then she was toted off to Forks to go to the library. She was very annoyed. She was just glad she had thought ahead and got a pair of pants to put on under her dress to be more comfortable. The air was chilly, and the sun was covered by the clouds so there was no way that she was getting warmed by it. With an annoyed look she wished she had a jacket. Her nearly black eyes rested on her arms, looking at the chill bumps that had risen on her skin. "Stupid weather. I'd rather be in the south living on my own!"
She cursed the fact that she was merely sixteen and wasn't allowed to live on her own. That would have been much better. Though when she thought of Karen, so sweet and caring despite the annoying weather, she couldn't really make herself want to leave. Karen had taken very good care of her since she arrived in La Push. She suddenly felt guilty for wanting to leave, pushing herself higher into the air on the swing. Her dress ruffled in the air, causing her to be even more glad she had her jeans in the car. Otherwise the fact her dress was flying around could have been very bad. Especially considering every parent in Forks had decided to bring their small children to the park after church it would have seemed.
Her dark eyes watched, the small children playing with their parents. Suddenly her face softened, looking upset. She had never gotten to play with her mother at the park, and she was so young she barely remembered getting to go anywhere with her father. She suddenly propelled herself forward, jumping out of the swing to land on her feet. It wasn't as gracefully as she had anticipated her landing, but she managed to stay on her feet so she thought it was a success as she grabbed her bag from beside the base of the swing and started walking through the park, wanting to find an area that dint' have children screaming and playing. It took her a bit to find such an area, but eventually she found a secluded area behind some trees. She went and sat on the grass, her knees instantly pulling up to her chest, her chin resting on them as she wrapped her bare arms around her warm legs. She watched a small animal scurrying in the brush, leading into the forest. Her head tilted to the side slightly as she wished that she was free like the little squirrel who popped his head out to see who was watching him. So free, without a care. She smirked slightly watching the curious animal drawing his head in and out of the brush watching her, watching him.
The little furry fella scurried away as she let out a deep sigh, her back resting against the trunk of one of the trees behind her. Her head fell back as well, her eyes still on the forest in front of her that seemed to be as calm and quiet as she. Her eyes focused in on something however. A shimmer of white before it disappeared again. Her eyebrows came together as she quickly lifted herself up off the ground, walking toward the brush to investigate.
