HUNT? OR AN EAGLE? THEY DON'T ATTACK GROUPS
OF THEIR PREY BECAUSE ONE IS WEAKER.
THEY WAIT UNTIL THEY CAN HAVE THEIR ONE. THEY
MAY LOOK LIKE US, BUT THEY'RE NOTHING BUT
SMART ANIMALS. THEY'RE STRONG. THEY'RE FAST.
THEY'RE BLOODTHIRSTY. IF WE ATTACK THEM IN A
GROUP, THEY'LL LEARN THAT THEY CAN ATTACK US
IN GROUPS. AND THEY'RE CAPABLE OF REVENGE.
It's been almost a century since we've resurfaced. Most of what's left of mankind still
lives underground, but some groups came up. My great grandfather lead the first in
America. When they surfaced, they found an Earth vastly different than the one they
heard about in stories. It was always gray, always snowy, always cold. And they found
... them. Three generations later, it is exactly the same. We call them pire today.
They got their names from the vampires of lore, but that is not what they are. They
may favor our blood, and be faster and stronger, but they're animals. Animals that
look like us- used to be us. I dunno.[/SIZE]
